About
After finding hundreds of old reel-to-reel audio tapes buried in the office of his deceased grandfather, Daniel Lofredo Rota realized he had discovered artifacts of musical history, and of his native Ecuador. Rota's grandfather Carlos Rota was a hoarder who founded the iconic record label Caife in the 1960s, and the collection Rota discovered was the label's entire master archive. Caife: The Lost Sound follows Daniel Lofredo Rota as he uncovers the label's mysteries that were buried under decades of dust and forgotten memories.
