A single dog mom, lover of nature, and PTSD survivor. For years, I struggled with social isolation, severe depression, crippling anxiety, and clinical burnout. I tried powering through, toughing it out, and being strong only for my symptoms to worsen. I finally realized that if I was going to get my life back, things needed to change. I learned how to ask for help, set boundaries, and changed my thinking patterns. I removed toxins from my diet, home, and relationships. And, in time, I found my purpose, rediscovered my joy, and was able to reconnect with those I love. Today, I lead a life filled with hope, meaning, and joy. Even on those tough days, I have a purpose that keeps me moving forward. If you’re ready get your life back: - to break free from depression and anxiety - re-engage with the people and activities around you. - find joy and meaning in your life - learn brain hacks to help you focus and achieve your goals. Then this podcast is for you!
