My name is Jay Gray, a retired American man who has spent years of nearly continuous daily practice in solitude including 1.5 years alone in a cave in Thailand. My fully liberated teacher, Phra Ajahn Kanchit and other Ajahns have encouraged me to help spread the Dhamma using social media. This platform uses Dhamma teachings from many great historic teachers, traditions and religions. The Dhamma is Non-Sectarian.
