About

Plain and simple! - Career advice without the professional BS which often holds us back! I want to give you all the job search and career development advice that in a professional setting would just simply not be done. I want to remove all the niceties and get to the point and if that sometimes means being direct and blunt but gets you results then I will do it without hesitation! The point is to get you ahead of the competition! The point is for you to be aware of your desired result and purposefully work towards it! I also want to make a point that direct and blunt doesn't mean dumb! It means cutting out the unnecessary BS sometimes that might mean "You need to contact the Hiring Manager directly" or "Don't worry about it! You just need a little confidence!" Let's do this!
